Feel to heal

Want to heal? Allow yourself to BE the victim and FEEL the pain.

Healing does not happen by repressing our victimhood; it happens by diving straight into the heart of it. Only when you allow the pain to penetrate you to your core can you truly come to your core and you can transmute the pain.

We are all victims — victims of the shadow frequency that the system sustains. Take a moment to recognize and acknowledge this: you are a victim. The more you feel that pain, the more you can break free. The most important step in healing is allowing yourself to be the victim — to feel the pain, the sadness, the anger, the disappointment. The more you allow yourself to sit in that shadow frequency, the more you connect with your heart, your wisdom, and your light. When you refuse to acknowledge your victimhood, you remain trapped in it, entangled in an illusory web. But when you embrace it — when you fully acknowledge and feel it — you begin to see through the illusions and gain clarity.

Befriending pain is difficult to grasp because we have been taught that pain is our enemy, that we should not feel it. But pain is the seed of a higher consciousness.

The purpose of pain is not to be a victim of it but to create with it.

We have learned to avoid pain, but in doing so, we also avoid the truth and wisdom it offers us. The pain of victimhood — of being trapped in the shadow frequency — is not our true nature. Feeling the pain of being robbed of our authentic self gives us the fuel we need to stand against the authorities and forces that try to keep us in the shadow frequency.

Within pain lies the purpose of creating a better life, a better world — a world where expressing our light is the norm.
