Our beliefs shape our reality

..Because all that we see through our narrow-minded view that a belief creates is the confirmation of that belief.

The start, and ongoing process of healing, is healing our minds. Without healing the mind, we can’t heal our emotional, physical and spiritual shadows/wounds because it is here, in our minds, that we block ourselves from feeling worthy of Love. Feeling that we are unworthy of love causes us to having a deep sensitivity to imperfection which gives rise to criticism and judgement. This makes us self-critical and opinionated and gives rise to feelings of inferiority and superiority. These types of behavioral patterns are most common and keep the shadow frequency in ourselves and collective alive.

If we don’t heal our deep-seated belief that we’re unworthy of love — in other words that we are deeply flawed — our sensitivity is wired in the wrong way and because we navigate through the world through our sensitivity, the experiences that we have will mostly be feeding our belief of unworthiness.

Our beliefs really shape our reality because all that we see through our narrow-minded view that a belief creates is a confirmation of that belief.

The belief that we are inherently unworthy of love, that creates a deep sensitivity to imperfection, will get reflected in our outer lives, and that does make us flawed as human beings. Because that is not how we should look at ourselves and the world around us. We are much more intelligent than that.
